About Jake and Alice's Relationship
The relationship between Jacob and Alice is, in a way, a love-hate relationship. But mostly hate.
Most of the time they do not like each other. The main reason for not liking each other is the obvious reason Vampires and the Quileute Pack don't like each other: the smell.
Alice also doesn't like having Jacob (or any other the other Quileutes for that matter) because she cannot see the future whenever he is directly involved. Alice gets very upset and impatient usually when he's around.
There was one point in the fourth installment of the series, Breaking Dawn, where Alice did actually appreciate Jacob's presence. When she was getting a headache because she couldn't see Bella clearly, she went and sat with Jacob so she couldn't see anything at all.
